Changes in Salon

As you will be aware, some changes to the way we have to work will be in place, so please bear with us as we all get used to these requirements!

We are only be able to take pre-booked appointments.  You can to call as normal to book in, no walk in appointments currently.

 

We will need you to arrive at your appointment time as we will not have a waiting area.  If you are early, please wait outside so we can make sure all areas are clean and sanitised after the previous client.

We will require all clients to wear a mask, please bring your own, 

if you arrive without one we can provide a mask for a small fee.

Please bring your own reading material and refreshments or your own cup.

                                      We will not be able to accommodate extra guests

                                      with you for your appointment.  Please bring essentials only with your to minimise                                        any cross contamination.  We will ask you to sanitise your hands on entering the                                            salon (we are all used to this now!)

All the team will be wearing full PPE and making sure all work areas are fully cleaned and sanitised in between each client.  The team have completed Health & Hygiene training to ensure we are doing everything to comply with government guidelines.  Please remember this is all new for us too so if things take a little longer, bear with us!  Any questions, please ask!  Thank you.

Privacy Policy

Mamouchi Hair Salon will only collect personal contact data from its clients and potential clients, to be kept on our secure  appointment database for the purpose of the salon to be able to contact the client for appointment related queries/confirmation.

Occasionally we may let the client know of upcoming events suited to them which they have previously expressed an interest in.  If the client no longer wishes to be contacted regarding events they can inform us and we will make sure this is implemented.  The client record will be kept on our database for two years after their last hair appointment at Mamouchi.  

COMPLAINTS POLICY

If a complaint needs to be raised, either email mamouchi@hotmail.co.uk  to log your complaint. A Manager will respond within two working days to resolve any issues.
